This circuit is for energetic lovers of historic villages , passing through 4 river valleys (Baise, L’Ósse, Guiroue and L’Áuzoue) with subsequent changes in altitude totalling 655m. We pass the beautiful Chateau and mill Herrebouc for  a tour (and perhaps degustation) and include the villages of Bazian, Biran, Caillavet, Roquebruneand, Le Brouilh Monbert .  At 53km with much to explore this is a nice long day adventure, keeping away from the busy roads
